In the course of the next months, stakeholders will be watching closely to assess the impact of the EU’s Digital Markets Act (DMA) as designated “gatekeepers” prepare to comply with their new obligations under the Regulation. To recall, the DMA is designed to complement competition law by laying down a set of groundbreaking rules for “gatekeeper” platforms which provide a range of “core platform services” (CPS).
