I am an associate in our International Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution Group, based in the Dublin office where I specialise in contentious IP and commercial disputes.

I have acted in leading and precedent-setting intellectual property disputes before both the Commercial Division of the High Court, and the Court of Appeal, with particular experience in complex patent litigation. I also have experience in Commercial Court cases and alternative dispute resolution processes for commercial clients ranging from contract disputes to minority shareholder oppression and insolvency proceedings.

I have also advised clients on non-contentious IP matters across patents, trademarks and copyright.

• Acted for one of the largest generic drug manufacturers in the world in a patent revocation action before the Commercial Court, including associated preliminary injunction proceedings before the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal.
• Acted for one of the largest generic drug manufacturers in the world in patent revocation proceedings appealing the decision of the Commercial Court before the Court of Appeal.
• Advised a shareholder in a large utilities entity in a contentious shareholder dispute concerning minority shareholder oppression.
• Advised one of the largest energy providers in Ireland on several contract disputes with distributors.
• Advised a leading global manufacturer of aerial access platforms in a trademark dispute before the Commercial Court.
