As a counsel in our International Employment Group, I bring a strong international background and dual qualification to my practice. Called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in London in 2010 and admitted to the Swedish Bar in 2022, I offer clients the unique advantage of understanding and navigating different legal systems.

With ten years of post-qualification experience, including eight years with this firm, I've developed a comprehensive understanding of Swedish employment law. My practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious matters, covering employment litigation, trade union relations, and cross-border transactional work. This includes expertise in work environment issues, investigations, and data protection.

My experience extends beyond legal advice; I've honed exceptional leadership skills that allow me to support, coach, and guide clients through sensitive and complex matters. A secondment at one of Sweden's leading telecommunications companies provided invaluable insight into the day-to-day challenges our clients face, enhancing my ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions.

I regularly speak at seminars on cutting-edge employment law topics, including hybrid employment, AI in the workplace, and recent legislative changes. My expertise and client service have been recognized by Legal 500, where I'm listed as a 'Key Lawyer' in the employment practice.
