About Me
As an associate in our Commercial and Data Protection practice groups and our Technology and Communications sector group in Düsseldorf, I advise clients on all areas of data and IT law.
I advise clients from various industries on data-related issues, in particular on data protection, e-commerce and contractual matters. A key area of my work is advising on the application of the EU Data Act and the corresponding requirements for IoT devices and cloud services in different sectors.My expertise also includes advising on complaints procedures before German data protection authorities and in complex privacy litigation proceedings.
