I am a partner at Bird & Bird and I co-head our Nordic Tech & Comms group. I also lead our Tech & Comms and Transactions groups in Sweden.

With more than 25 years' experience in public and private corporate M&A, capital markets, financing and joint ventures, my client base is both local and international. I bring experience and versatility to all aspects of my work, and have a long track record of success in the field of transaction advice. Beyond the transactional work, I am often called upon as a senior adviser in more complex matters of strategic commercial arrangements.

Today, my industry and sector experience spans a wide range of businesses in tech, communications, media, and payments. My clients range from entrepreneurs and private equity-owned companies, to large corporations and other businesses with strategic challenges, where, as well as offering transaction advice, I have become a trusted senior adviser to owners, directors and managers.

• I represented the founders of leading open-world game developer Avalanche Studios (Just Cause, Mad Max, the Hunter) in the sale of Avalanche to Nordisk Film, marking the single largest acquisition in Nordisk Film's 111-year history.
• Representing the founders of and investors in Rebtel in the spin off and sale of SINCH (Communication technology services) to CLX Communications AB, a leading global provider of cloud-based communication services.
• Representing ARM in its acquisition of the Swedish company Mistbase AB, an early stage tech company focused on developing NarrowBand-IoT (NB-IoT) solutions. NB-IoT is a cellular standard introduced in 3GPP Release 13 as a low-power wide-area connectivity standard for machine-to-machine (M2M) applications, like monitoring remote sensors.
• Representing Lexmark International Technology S.A, in its recommended cash offer to the shareholders of NASDAQ Stockholm listed ReadSoft AB (publ).
• Representing NETS Holding A/S, in its cash offer to the shareholders of NASDAQ Stockholm listed DIBS Payment Services AB (publ).
