As an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Group, I have represented clients in numerous high-value, cross-border commercial litigation cases and international arbitrations.

I believe in providing commercial and strategic legal advice to assist every client in coming to satisfactory and commercially sensible solutions. I am also a strong believer in Alternative Dispute Resolution and am always keen to explore such options to resolve disputes, such as arbitration, mediation, and negotiations.

I have acted for a range of local and international clients on complex cross-border contentious matters, ranging from commercial, tech, and media disputes to data and privacy investigations. As part of my civil and commercial litigation practice, I have represented clients across all levels in the Singapore Courts and the Singapore International Commercial Court.

I have also advised on disputes-adjacent regulatory issues involving AML, CFT, and sanctions regulations, as well as on legal assistance and law enforcement responses.

I graduated from Singapore Management University in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.

• Advised various institutions on navigating data breach incidents, including raising Data Breach Notifications to the regulator and engaging with the institutions on investigation and remediation plans.
• Advised a global tech titan on anti-money laundering, combating financing of terrorism, and sanctions issues arising out of provision of services.
• Assisted a major technology conglomerate on responses to legal assistance and law enforcement inquiries.
• Advising and representing payment service providers in various prospective arbitrations
• Acted for a global aviation financing company in injunction and repossession proceedings.
• Acted for Riot Games in a dispute against a broadcaster involving cross-claims arising out of a licensing agreement.
• Acting for regulators in contentious proceedings and advising regulators in tendering processes.

• Successfully acted for Zhongshan Shengwang Electrical Appliance Co Ltd against a local distributor of ceiling fan products, Triple D Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore High Court (Zhongshan Shengwang Electrical Appliance Co Ltd v Triple D Trading Pte Ltd [2023] SGHC 239) and Appellate Division proceedings.
• Acted for DXC in High Court proceedings in relation to data center facilities, assisting in reaching amicable resolution between the parties.
• Acted for Voltas Limited in the appeal (unreported) of Voltas Ltd v Ng Theng Swee and another [2023] SGHC 245 before the Court of Appeal in relation to tortious claims for conspiracy.
• Successfully acted in garnishee, examination of judgment debtor, and various enforcement and injunction applications in the Singapore High Court.
