As an associate in our M&A/Corporate Group in France, dually qualified in France and in the US, I advise international and French clients on their domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and private equity transactions.

As an expert in corporate law, particularly in M&A and leveraged buyouts, I help our clients across a broad spectrum of matters, from due diligence to negotiating and drafting shareholder and investment agreements, share and asset sales, and all the related contractual and corporate documentation.

As there is always a driver in an M&A transaction, whether it is IP or IT for example, I work in close collaboration with other practice groups of our firm to find innovative ways to get the deal done each time. Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at international US law firms in Paris and Chicago for several years and understand well what biculturalism truly means. This is what makes my approach to a cross-border transaction more comprehensive.
