About Me
I am Co-Managing Partner at Bird & Bird Poland's office. I also co-head our Corporate and M&A team in Warsaw.
I specialize in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate law issues. My work covers the whole range of M&A transactions, including share sale transactions, asset sales, divestitures, joint ventures, investment agreements, acquisitions of distressed assets, and assisting in shareholders' conflicts resolution.I develop transaction strategies that consider business risks, potential deal breakers and clients' expectations. I provide support in negotiations, considering the business goals the clients wish to achieve.
Over 20 years, my clients have included leading international players in the agricultural, chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, health, mining, public services, real estate, steel and energy and utilities sectors. I also advised financial institutions in the context of M&A transactions.
In recent years, I have been involved in several M&A deals for both domestic and international clients. In addition to transactional advisory, I provide support in relation to corporate restructuring and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked in another international law firm.
