As a counsel in our IP team in Munich, I support our clients on all aspects of intellectual property protection.
My main areas of practice include national and international patent infringement disputes. I also advise on all matters relating to the protection of trade secrets and know-how, in particular the drafting of patent and know-how licensing contracts and R&D agreements as well as trade secret litigation.
