As a member of our Finance & Financial Regulation team in Frankfurt, I have more than 10 years of experience in advising on financing transactions. I bring a deep understanding of the economic interests of my clients and their business, and a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach to legal service.

In my practice I mainly advise on real estate, acquisition and corporate finance as well as on asset finance and leasing transactions, with a particular focus on the aviation sector.

I provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of financing. This includes advising on the development of the financing structure, drafting and negotiating the financing and security documentation, and drafting legal opinions.

My clients mainly include banks, sponsors, borrowers, airlines and leasing companies. I worked in-house as Legal Counsel at Air Berlin and I was seconded to Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale.

• UK real estate fund management firm: Advising on the financing acquisition of a shopping centre in Germany.
• US real estate company: Advising on the acquisition and financing of a business centre in Frankfurt's banking district.

• German airline: Advising on the financing of the acquisition of two Airbus A321 aircraft.
• International bank: Advising on the financing of a Boeing 737 aircraft (sale and leaseback transaction).

• Leading US lessor: Advising on financing issues regarding sale and leaseback transactions.
• Mobile phone company: Advising on a syndicated loan agreement with a volume of EUR 750 m.
• German processing and packaging equipment manufacturer: Advising on the acquisition of a German mechanical engineering company.
• US manufacturer of lasers and accessories : Advising on the financing of the acquisition of a US company active in industrial lasers through a combination of cash and a EUR 670 m acquisition loan.
• German manufacturer of plastic parts and coatings: Advising on syndicated loan financing and a Schuldschein loan agreement.
