Stanislaw Szymanek

I am an associate in the EU & Competition Law team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2015, and have experience in merger control matters including international share deals, asset deals, joint ventures and other forms of acquisitions.

I review distribution agreements and commercial policies for compliance with competition law, and represent entrepreneurs from the construction and the automotive sectors in proceedings before the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.

I also have experience in advising on corporate and M&A law matters, and have taken part in complex due diligence projects, reorganisation of capital groups, and preparation of corporate documentation.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience in Polish and international law firms.
