However, on May 19, the Dutch ACM did publish a draft decision to designate the Offlimits foundation as the first Dutch trusted flagger under the Digital Services Act (final decision expected within six weeks). In addition, the explanatory memorandum accompanying the legislative draft proposal also stated that the hotline called “Meldpunt internet Discriminatie (MiND)” may be considered to be awarded the status of trusted flagger.
